CLOSED – INTERVIEWING – Digital Marketing VA – Permanent Role with Established and Growing Canadian Company

We are an established company based out of Canada that does consulting and eLearning and are looking for a virtual assistant with experience working in an executive support role who has an interest and background in digital marketing.

We are on Pacific time and don’t need someone the entire day but the role would need to have overlap with Pacific time so a willingness to work in the night shift is required.

Key areas of responsibility will be:

Assisting with email marketing and digital marketing
Community management (facebook and our eLearning program)
Light client communication via chat and email (no phone communication with our clients)
Assistance with preparing reports for clients after consulting engagements
Some graphic skills
Other duties as required

Skills and attributes we are looking for:

Initiative and quick learner
Strong attention to detail
Excellent work ethic
Dedicated work environment and reliable internet
Experience with some aspects of marketing is appreciated (we have basic funnel needs)
Strong ability to maintain and manage tasks (we use ClickUp)
High comfort with technology as we use a wide range of automation and technology in our work
Excellent written English is a requirement as is the ability to be a part of a team
Reliable internet and contingency plans for weather and/or interruptions
