We need you to do the bookkeeping for our clients, so they can focus on building successful businesses that bring their talents to the world. This is an exciting long-term opportunity for you. ABOUT THE JOB
You’ll be responsible for providing our clients with accurate information about their business performance, helping them make decisions for their future growth. You will work with a small and growing team of awesome people. We’ll provide extensive training.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintaining high quality bookkeeping work
Coding financial transactions, etc.
AP/AR
Payroll set up support
Coordinating with our bookkeeping team, supervisor, and management
Reconciling accounts, reporting
Discovering and resolving errors
Preparing financial reports
QUALIFICATIONS
At least 2 years of end to end bookkeeping experience in offshoring industry
With at least 1 year experience using QuickBooks Online
Background in ecommerce industry is an advantage!
Typing speed 50 WPM
Fluent in English
Honest
Reliable

Personal equipment and reliable, stable and high-speed internet
Work Environment: Be able to work privately (you’re accessing confidential financial information) during work hours.
