We are expanding our team and seeking talented bookkeepers in the Philippines to join us as Cloud Accountants. Job Responsibilities:

• Full-Cycle Bookkeeping: Manage all aspects of bookkeeping, including monthly close processes.
• Client Management: Consistently handle client accounts, providing exceptional service and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Catch-Up and Clean-Up Bookkeeping: Efficiently manage and execute catch-up and clean-up bookkeeping tasks to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Timely and Accurate Work: Deliver all tasks promptly and accurately, meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards of work quality.
• Communication: Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills, ensuring clear and professional interactions with clients and team members.

Qualifications:

• Experience: At least 2 years of experience working with bookkeeping clients.
• Software Proficiency: Proven experience with QBO (QuickBooks Online) and Xero bookkeeping software.
• Skills: Strong understanding of full-cycle bookkeeping, catch-up, and clean-up bookkeeping.
• Customer Service: Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service and manage client relationships effectively.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
