Role Overview:

We are actively seeking a seasoned Cloud Backend Developer with profound expertise in HubSpot CRM. The ideal candidate will be adept at architecting, developing, and supporting our cloud-based applications while effectively managing our HubSpot CRM system.

Key Responsibilities:

Actively contribute within an Agile team environment.
Design, develop and implement cloud infrastructure utilizing AWS or similar technologies.
Implement DevOps activities including deployment, security configuration and monitoring
Develop and integrate HubSpot APIs and webhooks in a Click to view application
Manage and maintain HubSpot CRM for optimal performance.
Develop, assess, and maintain automation processes within HubSpot workflows and sequences.
Ensure the smooth operation of existing HubSpot integrations like Aircall
Conduct rigorous weekly data quality checks within HubSpot to maintain accuracy and consistency.
Handle IT support tickets on Zendesk, ensuring timely and effective resolution for team satisfaction.
Collaborate in a version-controlled environment utilizing tools like Git.
Engage in unit testing, debugging, and quality assurance processes.
Stay updated with the latest developments in HubSpot and related tech stacks.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience as a Cloud Backend Developer.
Expertise in one or more backend & database technologies such as NodeJS, React, MongoDB, MySQL, Python.
Expertise in cloud-based server setup and development including cloud computing, cloud databases, APIs, security, and access.
Profound expertise in HubSpot or similar CRM systems.
Strong understanding of HubSpot workflows, databases, APIs, and integrations.
Ability to manage IT tickets with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts clearly.
Collaborative team player with effective communication and idea-sharing skills.
Familiarity in DevOps and CICD tools including Circle CI, Github Actions, Jenkins, Bash Script, Linux commands, and administration are a plus.
HubSpot certifications are a plus.
Familiarity with Zendesk or other ticketing systems is a plus.
