Position Summary:
The Go High-Level CRM Specialist will be crucial in optimizing our CRM system, creating compelling landing pages, and developing effective automation and lead funnels. This position will work closely with the existing marketing team to enhance our marketing strategies and support company initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong English skills and the ability to coordinate with leadership on various projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Go High-Level CRM Management: Manage and optimize the Go High-Level CRM system to meet business requirements.
Landing Page Creation: Design and develop high-converting landing pages that align with marketing campaigns and company goals.
Automation and Lead Funnels: Build and maintain automation workflows and lead funnels to streamline the customer journey and improve lead conversion rates.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to ensure alignment of CRM activities with overall marketing strategies.
Reporting and Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of CRM campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of CRM processes, workflows, and configurations.
Training and Support: Provide training and support to team members on CRM functionalities and best practices.
Qualifications:
Experience: Proven experience working with Go High-Level CRM, including generating landing pages, building automation, and lead funnels.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM management, marketing automation, and related tools.
Communication: Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to coordinate with leadership and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
– Experience in digital marketing or a related field.
– Familiarity with other CRM systems and marketing tools.
– Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web design principles.
