CMO/Digital Marketing Manager

I hope this greets you well! Let me tell you a little about us. I’m own a full service Real Estate media business. I started the company around 1.5 years ago. We offer everything for real estate listings, for example: photos, videos, 3D tours, aerial media, floor plans, etc. Right now, our main clients are real estate agents, investors, brokerages. Eventually, I would like to do more work with more commercial clients, architects and interior designers for more architectural photography…. BUT I digress.

After shooting many properties, I realized that many of my clients struggled with social media awareness. They were marketing properties but not themselves/company. Recently, we’ve started offering marketing services for our clients.
From head shots, content creation (short/long form) which includes topic creation, scripts (if needed), editing, etc. virtual studio set up, VSL creation, profile optimization, social media management, creating landing pages and funnels, outreach/nurturing leads, plus more.

The issue is that people know us as real estate photographers/videographers (we will continue to run that part of the business), but I’d like to start spreading more awareness to the marketing services that we offer. I have a pretty loyal client base but I want to expand it and even offer virtual services.

So here’s where I can use your help:
I need someone to help us with digital presence enhancement, marketing campaigns, an audit of our current activities, creating a more cohesive brand, content strategy planning/execution, refining my target audience, performance monitoring, setting up funnels, client engagement/relationship building, scaling, etc.

Although I offer marketing services to my clients, I’m not perfect and this sector of the company is pretty new. I really want to work with someone that is a leader, innovative, has a proven track record, a forward thinker, a go getter, passionate, and a self starter. If we work together, I will be looking for your guidance and really looking forward to how we can grow this part of the company together. You’ll be spearheading this new venture.
