Job Description

We are a digital marketing agency founded by successful content creators, based in the USA! We are a team of 2 (co-founders) and we are looking for our 3rd team member! We are fast growing and no longer have the bandwidth to keep up with administrative, managerial, and some creative tasks here and there. If you love social media marketing, have a creative mind, and want to work closely with a young and innovative team that treats you fairly (13th month pay!), WITH plenty of room to grow, this may be the job for you! 🙂

We are searching for a well rounded, highly skilled individual that can think independently and creatively. In this position, you will learn the inner workings of running a digital marketing agency, social media marketing, and employee management with 2 expert’s to guide you and train you. This is not just a position for work, this is an opportunity to build a long term relationship and take your skills and experience to the next level!

Here is a detailed list of tasks you will be working on / responsible for, working closely with our team.

Account Manager
– You will serve as our single point of contact for all of our customers. You will be responsible for sending emails, delivering work to customers, communicating with customers regarding any issues they may have, scheduling meetings, attending meetings (with us, the co-founders. Face cam not required) to take notes, organize our day to day tasks, and any other miscellaneous tasks that may be required by our customers. We will work closely with you on this to ensure you have a smooth work environment! Familiarity with software such as Click Up, Air table, Outlook, and Zoom are preferred but not required

Client Outreach (Commission opportunity)
– You will assist with the process of prospecting and contacting potential new clients via Upwork job postings, finding local events to us (Florida, USA), and email.

Contractor Management
– You will act as our single point of contact when communicating with our team of editors, thumbnail designers, and writers. You must have good communication skills and experience with the social media world in order to properly communicate our needs to our team of contractors and successfully produce high quality work through said communication. We will work closely with you to ensure this process is as smooth as possible. Essentially, you are the new boss! BONUS: If you are a talented blog writer with a basic understanding of SEO, there is room for additional pay for this task. We are currently writing 10 blog posts per month)

Content Scheduling
– You will be responsible for scheduling and optimizing social media content (both long and short form) for our clients (specifically using ) to ensure that content is constantly flowing both on time and at the right time. Copywriting skills and familiarity with social media platform’s best practices will be a necessity here (so you must be perfectly fluent in English!). You will also assist in setting up split test for thumbnails and titles via software such as TubeBuddy and VidIQ, so experience with these platforms is a preference but not required.

Social Media Reports
– You will be responsible for, once a month, creating a social media performance report for each client (currently 4 clients, but looking to double within the next 6 months). When applying to this position, make sure to include the secret word “Avatar” in your application. This means you must have a familiarity with both analyzing and interpreting data provided by social media platforms such as Youtube, Tiktok, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.

This position is a full time position at $1,000 per month, 40 hours per week, with 13th month pay as well as commission on any new clients acquired. Additionally, there is plenty of room for future pay raises and career advancement if you are a high performer. You will be working directly with the co-founders and learn a tremendous amount if you have the willingness to both work hard and learn. We are looking for a partner and a friend, not a freelance worker!

If chosen, there will be a 2 month probation period to see if you are a good fit!
