Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Co-Working Space Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our space. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the facility, ensuring member satisfaction, organizing events, and fostering a vibrant community. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for creating a collaborative work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Facility Management: Oversee the daily operations of the co-working space, including maintenance, cleanliness, and security.
Member Services: Provide exceptional customer service to all members, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
Community Building: Foster a sense of community among members through events, networking opportunities, and collaboration initiatives.
Event Planning: Organize and manage events such as workshops, seminars, and social gatherings to enhance member engagement.
Financial Management: Manage budgets, track expenses, and ensure the financial health of the co-working space.
Marketing and Outreach: Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new members and retain existing ones.
Staff Supervision: Recruit, train, and supervise support staff, ensuring a high level of performance and member satisfaction.
Reporting: Prepare regular reports on space usage, member feedback, and financial performance.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a management role, preferably in a co-working space, hospitality, or related field.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Skills: Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with co-working management software.
