We are Innate Lab, a creative digital marketing agency specializing in design and print services, as well as workshops on how aspiring entrepreneurs can create a successful business such as ours.
We are currently in need of a Coach Support Specialist, who will help our coaches with their classes, as well as be our weekend Customer Happiness (Customer Support) Specialist. This will be an hourly position, and salary and other details will be discussed on the interviews.
Coach Support Specialist VA Tasks:
* Assist Coaches in their classes.
* Manage the Zoom classes, including Breakout rooms.
* Assist with enrollment data tracking.
* Manage the Customer Happiness (Customer Support) inboxes on the weekends.
* Track the critical cases to escalate from the Customer Happiness (Customer Support) inboxes, for management come Monday.
That’s it! Easy peasy.
What We Need From You:
* A great command of English, especially written English.
* Critical thinking skills.
* Presence of mind.
* Technical skills, for managing Zoom rooms and our other platforms.
Please take note that this is a weekend position, and the weekday hours depend on whether there are classes or Challenge Weeks.
Challenge Weeks usually last between 6AM to 1PM Philippine Time.
