Job Description

We are a coffee e-commerce company seeking a skilled Virtual Assistant to join our team and handle a range of duties including customer service, order placement and product research duties.

The right candidate must possess excellent English speaking skills, be a fast learner, have high attention to detail, and should have a lot of patience since we do get all kinds of questions and inquiries. Management experience is preferred.

Main duties include:
• Communicating with current and prospective customers through EMAIL, CHAT and PHONE channels
• Resolving order issues and other customer issue
• Processing and Fulfilling Orders
• Recording Orders and Tracking Information
• Researching new vendors and products to add to store
• Uploading New Products / Revising Existing Products
• Collect positive reviews from customers
• Handling other ad hoc tasks

I just want to make sure you are good with the following:
1. Payments will be made weekly through Remitly for the first month
2. There will be an initial 6-month probation period
3. 40-hour workweek (5 days/week, 8 hours/day)
4. You will be able to work from early morning Philippines time (e.g. 2AM – 11AM)
5 Excellent English-speaking skills and proficient in phone communication with customers
6. You will submit a report every day at the end of your shift (this is a must) with the following questions answered:
a) What did you do today? (detailed description)
b) What issues did you run into?
c) Is there anything I can help you with?
