Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Rare Coin Lead Qualifier to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to conduct cold calls to potential clients, qualifying their interest and readiness to invest in rare coins. The ideal candidate will be proficient in English and possess excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
– Conduct cold calls to potential clients to introduce our rare coin investment opportunities.
– Qualify leads by assessing clients’ interest in owning rare coins now or in the future.
– Maintain detailed and accurate records of all interactions with potential clients.
– Provide information and answer questions regarding rare coin investments.
– Schedule follow-up calls and meetings for interested clients with the sales team.
– Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless handoff of qualified leads.
– Achieve and exceed monthly lead qualification targets.
– Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate with potential clients.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
– Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or a similar role.
– Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
– Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Goal-oriented with a strong desire to meet and exceed targets.
– Knowledge or interest in rare coins and investments is a plus.
