Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated Cold Call List Builder to join our dynamic digital marketing company. As a List Builder, your primary responsibility will be researching the internet to gather phone numbers, names, and websites of potential leads. You will create targeted lists for our cold callers, enabling them to effectively engage with prospective clients. This role involves producing multiple lists for different states and specific types of businesses. Responsibilities:

1. Internet Research: Utilize various online resources, directories, and search engines to conduct research and identify potential leads. Gather accurate and up-to-date information, including phone numbers, names, and websites, based on specified criteria.

2. List Creation: Organize the gathered information into well-structured lists suitable for cold calling purposes. Categorize lists based on different states and specific types of businesses, as required by our sales and marketing strategies.

3. Data Accuracy and Quality: Ensure the accuracy and quality of the collected data by verifying and cross-referencing information from reliable sources. Maintain attention to detail when compiling lists to ensure they meet the desired standards.

4. Collaboration with Cold Callers: Work closely with our cold calling team to understand their requirements and target audience. Regularly communicate and update them on the newly created lists, incorporating their feedback to improve the list-building process.

5. List Maintenance: Regularly update and maintain existing lists to reflect changes in contact information or business details. Continuously identify new sources and strategies to improve the effectiveness of list-building efforts.
Requirements:

1. Proven experience in internet research, data mining, or list building.
2. Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to gather accurate and relevant information from various online sources.
3. Familiarity with different directories, search engines, and tools commonly used for data collection.
4. Excellent attention to detail to ensure the accuracy and quality of the compiled lists.
5. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple lists simultaneously.
6. Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of spreadsheet software for data organization.
7. Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and understand their requirements.
8. Self-motivated and able to work independently, with the ability to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
9. Familiarity with the digital marketing industry and basic knowledge of different types of businesses is a plus.
10. Flexibility to adapt to evolving requirements and adjust strategies based on feedback and market trends.
