Now Hiring – Full Time Real Estate Virtual Assistant/Cold Caller

Real estate investment company based out of Oklahoma, USA. Direct hire position. If you love to talk and to help people, we’ve got the role for you!

We’re looking for professional, outgoing, self-motivated people to fill our Cold Caller positions. The primary responsibility of this position will be to generate leads for our growing team. You must be able to have exceptional conversations that builds the trust and confidence of our client base. This role includes prospecting for leads via telephone and managing all aspects of the leads.

Job Description:
Work from home for our real estate investment company. Call handling of inbound and outbound calls. Will be responsible for taking calls and calling people that may have an interest in selling a house, gathering all information needed and entering it into our CRM.

Responsibilities:
• Primary duties include outbound calling.
• Accurately qualify potential customers for follow up appointments with closers in order to provide quick response times to their needs.
• Practice and become adept at using scripts to overcome objections and provide the team value proposition to prospective
sellers so that they can identify our company’s values and integrity.

• Provide up to date information regarding clients and where they are in the home selling process so that acquisition agents
can act quickly and efficiently.

Qualifications:
• Extremely strong phone skills
• Speak and write English effectively with confidence
• Positive, enthusiastic motivated and solution oriented
• Familiarity with multi line dialers or ability to learn new systems quickly
• Driven to succeed
• Is dynamic, articulate and well-spoken
• One year of call center or virtual assistant experience
• Proficient in writing and note taking
• You love scripts and use them to their maximum potential
• Has excellent organization, time management skills

Requirements:
• Working high speed laptop or desktop
• DSL Internet – 50mbps or higher (Will be asked to speed test)
• Headset with noise cancelation
• Home-office setup with quiet location
• Effective at using Skype
• Must have backups or secondary equipment in case of power or internet interruptions

Pay rate:
$480/month, plus bonuses

Hours:
full-time (30 to 40 hours per week) 8am to 5pm cst.
