Cold Caller for Home Improvement Marketing Agency

#### Position Overview:
A Cold Caller for a home improvement marketing agency is responsible for reaching out to potential clients via telephone to promote home improvement services. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and a strong understanding of the services being offered.

#### Key Responsibilities:
1. **Outbound Calls:**
– Make a high volume of outbound calls to prospective clients daily.
– Utilize scripts and other prepared materials to communicate effectively.

2. **Lead Generation:**
– Identify potential clients interested in home improvement services.
– Qualify leads based on criteria provided by the agency.

3. **Product Knowledge:**
– Maintain a thorough understanding of the agency’s home improvement services.
– Answer questions and address concerns of potential clients.

4. **Client Engagement:**
– Establish and build relationships with potential clients.
– Schedule appointments or follow-up calls for interested prospects.

5. **Data Management:**
– Record and update client information in the CRM system accurately.
– Track and report on call activities and lead statuses.

6. **Sales Support:**
– Work closely with the sales team to pass on qualified leads.
– Assist in developing new strategies for reaching potential clients.

#### Qualifications:
– **Experience:** Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is preferred.
– **Skills:** Strong verbal communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills.
– **Attitude:** Persistent, persuasive, and motivated by achieving targets.
– **Technology:** Proficiency with CRM software and basic computer skills.
– **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in marketing or related fields are a plus.
