Job Title: Cold Caller

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Cold Caller to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact with potential customers, responsible for generating interest and qualifying leads through outbound calling. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a persuasive nature, and a drive to achieve targets. Responsibilities and Duties:
Lead Generation: Conduct outbound cold calls to potential customers to introduce our products or services. Aim to generate interest and identify sales opportunities.
Information Verification: Confirm and update customer information during calls. Collect and record data on customer interactions and interests.
Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified leads. Ensure a smooth transition of customer information to the sales representatives.
Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s products or services to effectively communicate benefits and answer potential questions from leads.
Target Achievement: Meet or exceed specified targets and quotas for calls and qualified leads on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
Feedback and Reporting: Provide feedback from potential customers to help refine marketing strategies and product offerings. Report on call outcomes and maintain records of calls and sales.
Compliance and Etiquette: Adhere to call script and company policies regarding customer engagement. Ensure professionalism and courteous communication at all times.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
Proven experience in a cold calling, telemarketing, or sales role is advantageous.
Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and articulate phone voice.
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
