Job Description

As a Real Estate Cold Caller and Leads Specialist, you will be a crucial part of our client’s real estate team, responsible for initiating contact with potential sellers and generating leads. Your primary tasks will include developing rapport, cold calling, skip tracing, follow-up, research, reporting, data entry, and scheduling property walkthroughs.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Build and nurture positive relationships with potential sellers to establish trust and credibility.
Utilize provided lists and phone scripts through CallTools to contact potential leads.
Employ Lead Sherpa and other tools to skip trace addresses and obtain owner contact data.
Conduct effective follow-up with leads via phone and SMS to maintain engagement.
Identify and reach out to expired listings as potential leads in the real estate market.
Prepare and deliver daily recap reports summarizing all calls made and progress achieved.
Enter client data into Podio using web forms for accurate tracking and in utilizing PropStream for real estate data.
Efficiently coordinate property walkthroughs with clients using Google Calendar.

Qualifications:

Excellent organizational skills to manage leads, schedules, and data effectively.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on professionalism.
Minimum of 1 year of experience as a virtual assistant (VA).
Proficient time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Competence in using various software and tools for virtual work.
Exceptional attention to detail to ensure precision in data entry and communication.
Proficiency in internet navigation for research and information gathering.
Familiarity with Podio and webform utilization.
Experience in utilizing PropStream for real estate data.
Knowledge of tools like Lead Sherpa, , and for skip tracing.
Ability to identify LLC members using .
Must have been a VA for minimum 1 yr
Strong problem-solving skills to address issues efficiently.
A customer-centric approach to engage and assist potential sellers.
Commitment to maintaining strict confidentiality with sensitive client information.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
