Job Description

LeadOrigin is seeking a motivated and skilled cold caller to join our team. As a cold caller, your primary responsibility will be to generate and qualify leads through various digital marketing channels and schedule appointments for our sales team. You will play a critical role in expanding our customer base and contributing to the overall growth of the company. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize digital marketing strategies to generate leads and identify potential customers.
• Conduct outbound calls, emails, and follow-up activities to engage with prospects and qualify their interest in our products/services.
• Set appointments for the sales team by understanding customer needs and aligning them with the company’s offerings.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead interactions and appointments in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to optimize lead generation and conversion strategies.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and digital marketing best practices to enhance appointment-setting effectiveness.
• Meet or exceed weekly/monthly quotas for lead generation and appointment setting.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field is a plus.
• Previous experience in appointment setting, lead generation, or sales/marketing roles is highly desirable.
• Proven experience as an appointment setter or in a similar sales/marketing role.
• Solid understanding of digital marketing techniques and lead generation strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive and engaging phone manner.
• Ability to identify and qualify potential customers based on their needs and preferences.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales/marketing tools.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a target-driven environment.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing strategies and priorities.
