Position Overview:
As a Cold Caller at AMH Land Ventures, you will play a pivotal role in our sales and acquisition efforts by initiating contact with potential sellers and generating leads. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to property owners, introducing our services, and effectively communicating the benefits of selling their properties to us.
Salary: $4 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
* Conducting outbound calls to property owners to explore potential sales opportunities.
* Building rapport with prospects and establishing trust through effective communication.
* Educating property owners on the benefits of selling their properties to AMH Land Ventures, including our streamlined process and competitive offers.
* Gathering essential information about properties and evaluating their potential for acquisition.
* Scheduling appointments or property evaluations with interested sellers for our acquisition team.
* Maintaining accurate records of interactions and updating the CRM system with relevant information.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in cold calling or telemarketing, preferably in the real estate or property investment sector.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate value propositions effectively.
* Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with a customer-centric approach.
* Resilience, persistence, and a positive attitude in handling objections and rejections.
* Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
* Familiarity with CRM software and lead management systems is a plus.
* A passion for real estate and a desire to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
