Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Cold Calling Specialist to join our team at Xon Cleaning Services. The primary responsibility of this role is to generate leads and schedule appointments with potential residential clients through outbound cold calls. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a persuasive demeanor, and a proactive approach to driving business growth.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct outbound cold calls to residential leads generated through various sources, such as databases, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
2. Introduce Xon Cleaning Services and effectively communicate the benefits of our cleaning solutions to potential clients.
3. Qualify leads by understanding their cleaning needs, budget constraints, and scheduling preferences.
4. Schedule appointments for our sales team to conduct in-home consultations or provide estimates for cleaning services.
5. Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and facilitate the conversion of prospects into clients.
6. Maintain accurate and organized records of all interactions and leads in the CRM system.
7. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies and improve conversion rates.
8. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to tailor sales pitches effectively.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in outbound cold calling or telemarketing, preferably in a sales or customer service role.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and build rapport with potential clients.
• Persuasive demeanor and ability to effectively convey the value proposition of Xon Cleaning Services.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales or marketing is a plus.
