Position Overview:
As a Cold Caller, you will play a crucial role in generating leads and initiating contact with potential customers. Your primary responsibility will be to engage prospects through outbound calls, introduce our products/services, and set up appointments or meetings for our sales team. The ideal candidate will have excellent English communication skills, an understanding of Amazon’s platform, and prior experience in cold calling.

Key Responsibilities:
– Conduct outbound calls to prospects to introduce company products/services and generate interest.
– Research and identify potential leads and decision-makers within target markets.
– Build and maintain a pipeline of leads through cold calling efforts.
– Qualify leads and set up appointments or meetings for the sales team.
– Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.
– Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimise lead generation strategies.
– Keep accurate records of all interactions and update the CRM system regularly.

Requirements & Qualifications:
– Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
– Basic knowledge of Amazon’s platform and e-commerce processes.
– Proven experience in cold calling or telemarketing.
– Strong sales and negotiation skills.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving targets and KPIs.
– Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
– High level of persistence, resilience, and determination.
