Valcove Hospitality specializes in providing 24/7 guest communication for short-term rental companies at a rate of $9.95/hr USD, coupled with robust operational support. Our team brings extensive experience in various Property Management Systems (PMS) and other management tools. We’ve streamlined processes based on our own experiences in hiring and training Virtual Assistants (VA’s), and now we’re keen to simplify this process for others.

Duties:
As a Cold Caller at Valcove Hospitality, you will:

-Conduct traditional cold calling to qualify leads and schedule introductory calls where the owner will act as closer.
-Set appointments with qualified leads and follow up based on call outcomes.
-Utilize provided lead lists/call lists and potentially contribute to creating them.
-Recommend dialers, assist in setting up local numbers, and suggest CRM solutions considered a bonus.
-Qualify leads to meet our ideal customer profile, primarily targeting US companies with potential expansion to calling globally.
-Follow up with leads to ensure they attend their introductory appointments.

Compensation:

Starting at $5 USD per hour.
$500 USD bonus per qualified lead that converts into a client.

Bi-weekly payments via Wise.

Qualifications & Requirements:

-Experience in Airbnb, vacation rental, real estate, or property management cold calling is a major benefit.
-Availability during working hours from 9 am EST to 5 pm EST, five days per week.
-Quiet work environment and stable internet connection are essential.
-Share details of your past experience.
