Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Cold Caller with exceptional English fluency to join our team. As a Cold Caller, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and generating leads through effective communication. Your ability to articulate our product/service benefits clearly and persuasively will be essential in driving our sales efforts.
Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to potential clients from provided lists or databases.
Introduce our products/services to prospects and clearly explain their benefits.
Engage prospects in meaningful conversations, address their queries, and build rapport.
Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria and set appointments for the sales team.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls and outcomes in the CRM system.
Adapt and personalize scripts to match various prospect personalities and objections.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless lead handoff and follow-up.
Continuously strive to meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead generation targets.
Requirements:
Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
Proven track record in cold calling or telemarketing.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to quickly establish rapport and build relationships over the phone.
Active listening skills to understand prospect needs and objections.
Resilience and persistence in the face of rejection.
Familiarity with CRM software and data entry.
Goal-oriented mindset with a results-driven attitude.
Time management and organizational skills to prioritize and manage call lists effectively.
High level of professionalism and enthusiasm.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree is a plus.
Previous experience in sales, cold calling, or customer service preferred.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite and CRM systems.
