WE’RE URGENTLY LOOKING FOR A LONG-TERM PARTNER (Please read entire job post)

Position: Virtual Cold Caller (Real Estate)
Location: Remote (Philippines)
Compensation: $2/hour + Bonuses
Days: Monday to Friday
Time: 9 am to 6 pm EST

We are looking for a confident and self-motivated Outbound Sales Representative/Appointment Setter/Cold Caller to join our sales team. As a Lead Generation Specialist/Cold Caller/Appointment Setter, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products/services, qualify leads, and set appointments for our sales team. You will be expected to maintain accurate records of your calls and activities and meet or exceed your sales targets. You will be calling homeowners to see if they are interested in listing their home for sale. Proactively call potential real estate clients to generate leads for buying or selling properties, with a focus on home listings. Deliver clear and persuasive communications tailored to client needs. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service throughout all client interactions. Track and report daily calls and leads effectively. Work towards meeting or exceeding specific targets for leads and transaction-related bonuses.

Here’s an example of some tasks:

1. Cold Calling:
Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided lists and databases.
Explain our services to potential clients and introduce the Agent.
Engage prospects in conversation to identify their real estate needs and interests.
Using dialer, call homeowners – asking if they are thinking about selling their home now or within the next 6 months.
Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets

2. Appointment Setting:
Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified leads.
Ensure that appointments are accurately recorded in the company CRM and calendars.
Follow up with prospects to confirm appointments and address any questions.

3. Lead Management:
Maintain and update the CRM system with detailed and accurate information about leads and call activities.
Track and report on lead generation and appointment-setting activities.
Set up appointment in my calendar, or set up a reminder and call them back at a later date

4. Communication:
Effectively communicate the value propositions of our real estate services.
Handle objections and questions from potential clients in a professional manner.
Following a script, ask them questions and set up an appointment for me to visit them.

5. Collaboration:
Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless handoff of leads and to support overall sales efforts.
Provide feedback to the team on lead quality and market trends.
Participate in ongoing training and development to improve your skills and performance.

Requirements:
* At least 3 year experience as a Outbound Sales Representative/Appointment Setter/Cold Caller or similar role
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong sales and negotiation skills
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
* Knowledge of sales processes and techniques
* Experience using CRM systems and other sales tools
* High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred

You will be trained on the script and how to handle objections.
You will be expected to learn my business processes so you can be informed when speaking to prospects

You must have a clear English speaking voice with little, to no accent
Start immediately
