As our Cold Caller, you will be the driving force behind maintaining and nurturing our potential lead pipeline. You will be responsible for engaging prospects, understanding their financial needs, and introducing them to our comprehensive services. This role requires a proactive individual who can effectively communicate with potential clients and support our sales team by setting up appointments.

Key Responsibilities:
Cold Calling: Conduct outbound calls to potential clients, introducing My Family Finance and understanding their financial needs.
Pipeline Management: Maintain and update the pipeline of potential leads to ensure accurate and current information.
Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified prospects.
Follow-Up: Maintain regular contact with leads, nurturing relationships and moving them through the sales funnel.
Reporting: Provide regular reports on call activities, lead management, and appointment setting.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless handover of leads and appointments.

Skills and Qualifications:
Experience: Previous experience in cold calling, telemarketing, BPO preferably in the financial services industry.
Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Persuasiveness: Strong persuasive skills and the ability to build rapport quickly with prospects.
Resilience: Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
Organisational Skills: Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably GoHighLevel.
