Hey! Real estate cold-calling sales representatives!

Uprise Real Estate is looking for the next cold-calling virtual assistant! If you love making calls and you know you have the skills and requirements then this is the job for you!

We are looking for a Part-timer who can do 2 hrs a day of calling, 10 hours a week from 8 am to 10 am or 10 am to 12 pm CST.

We are looking for someone who already has skills and experience and success in the real estate cold calling industry preferably with brokers, someone who is self-initiative and is used to making call buyers. The more knowledge you have the better!

Starting pay for this position is anywhere from $4-$7/ hr, Depending on your skills and experience and how well you do in our Cold Calling position role. We want to bring someone on board who is willing to put in the work and willing to go above and beyond their peers! We’re looking for action-takers and self-initiative individuals who have the guts to cold call without feeling discouraged or taking calls personally!

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Make as many outbound phone calls each day for 2hrs per day to generate potential buyer/seller leads. At least 30 calls a day with at least 2-3 possible leads.
Must know how to use Sierra CRM.
You must make phone calls, text messaging, and email leads using the Company CRM and Schedule appointments for qualified leads.
Schedule an appointment with the Realtor and the Lead to connect/interact.
Update the CRM daily after each activity.
Provide notes of interaction/activity on the CRM, and move the statuses of the leads according to our protocol (there will onboarding training for this)
Relentless follow-ups with prospects

CORE REQUIREMENTS:

PRIOR REAL ESTATE EXPERIENCE IS A MUST
COLD CALLING/APPOINTMENT SETTINGS
At least 1–2 years of Experience working with CRM
