Job Overview
We are seeking a driven Cold Caller who can effectively communicate our value proposition to potential customers and generate interest in our products/services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making a minimum of 100 calls a day to leads, qualifying prospects, and setting up appointments for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities
Outbound Calling: Make a minimum of 100 calls per day to potential leads provided by the company.
Lead Qualification: Identify potential customers by understanding their needs and qualifying them as suitable prospects.
Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments or follow-up meetings for the sales team.
Follow-up: Conduct follow-up calls and emails to nurture leads and move them through the sales funnel.
Data Management: Accurately record all interactions and update the CRM with detailed notes and status updates.
Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead generation targets.
Minimum Requirements
Experience: Previous experience in a cold calling or telemarketing role preferred.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Persistence: Ability to handle rejection and continue to make calls with a positive attitude.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple leads and follow-up tasks.
Tech-Savvy: Proficient with CRM software and basic computer applications.
Availability: Ability to work flexible hours if needed to reach leads in different time zones.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in Healthcare and sales or related fields.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Familiarity with sales and lead generation techniques.
