Responsibilities:

Conduct cold calls to prospective property sellers, presenting our company’s services and value proposition.
Engage in persuasive and informative conversations to assess the seller’s motivation, property details, and potential for a profitable deal.
Build and maintain a comprehensive database of potential leads, organizing and categorizing them for efficient follow-up.
Schedule appointments for the acquisition team with interested sellers and ensure all necessary information is accurately communicated.
Collaborate with the acquisition team to analyze potential deals and determine their viability.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity in all interactions, representing our company positively.
Requirements:

Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to build rapport over the phone.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to influence potential sellers effectively.
Basic knowledge of real estate terminology and industry practices.
Self-motivated, driven, and goal-oriented, with a desire to succeed and earn substantial commission.
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail to manage leads and appointments efficiently.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Previous experience in cold calling, sales, or real estate is advantageous but not mandatory.
Compensation:

This position is commission-based only, with a starting rate of $2 per hour. However, the real benefit lies in the commission structure.
Commission earnings range from $300 to $2,000 per deal, depending on the strength and profitability of the properties you identify.
