Sales: 2 years (Preferred)

Responsibilities:

Cold call and qualify prospective real estate investors while documenting their buy box
Foster and build relationships with high-level investors to be repeat buyers for our deals (fix and flippers, landlords, Airbnb investors, hedge funds, etc.)

Fast learner

Learn to Sell deals for top dollar and negotiate contracts while ensuring the Company’s core values are met
Meet all daily, weekly, quarterly benchmarks Perform data entry tasks, prepare general correspondence with title agent(s), and prepare/maintain contracts on real estate transactions

Data Entry/Word Processing/Typing/Transcriptions
Quality Assurance Analyst in BPO industry- Inbound and Outbound Chat.
Web Researching/Lead Generation/Data Mining
Basic image editing skills using CANVA,
Imgur, Paint, Pixlr, Sumopaint and Gimp
Social Media Management (Pinterest, Twitter, Instagram, Iconosquare, Facebook, Linked in, Tumblr, Stumbleupon, Youtube, (Buffer, Hootesuite and Everypost)
MS
Office (EXCEL, WORD & POWERPOINT).
CRM Database (Streak, ServiceMonkey, Reference USA, Active Campaign and Kisckserv)
