Hey! I am the owner of a tech recruitment company, based in the UK. Thank you for taking the time to read this 🙂

The most important thing I’m looking for is someone with a great attitude. The kind of person that truly enjoys working as part of a team. Skills can be taught, but attitude can’t.

The kind of person that enjoys having fun and jokes at work, and wants to be part of a fun working culture. If you’re looking for a role which requires no interaction, this would not be right for you!

I’m looking for someone that enjoys speaking on the phone to people! The role will involve speaking to candidates for job positions that we have. So, asking them about questions like what their skills are, what salary they are seeking, what their availability looks like to interview etc. You will also be taught some other admin/recruitment tasks too, so this will be a hybrid role. There will be lots of fun things to learn, and there will be as much support/training as you’d like!

One thing for sure, is that you’re joining the business at an incredibly exciting time! We envision the team will double in size by the end of the year (from 4 people to 8 people) and there isn’t a more exciting time to be joining! We also offer a personal and team bonus scheme; the better you and the company perform, the higher your bonus will be 🙂

The requirement will be for 40 hours a week between Monday and Friday, as well 8 hours between Saturday and Sunday, so 48 hours in total.
