ROLE OVERVIEW:
We are looking for an exceptional professional who not only excels at generating leads but also possesses the expertise to convert every call into a success story. The ideal candidate will consistently produce high-quality leads, maintain a positive attitude in the face of rejection, and exhibit excellent communication skills while working independently.

ROLE:
Cold Caller

RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Pre-qualifying and scheduling appointments for all qualified leads.
* Meet and exceed weekly/monthly targets focusing on generating hot leads and appointment-setting.
* Initiate contact with potential prospects to generate leads and secure referrals.
* Proactively follow up on callbacks and leads, scheduling ACQ (Acquisition) team appointments.
* Manage and update the company’s trackers and databases.
* Maintain accuracy of customer relationship management (CRM) database.
* Maintain a meticulous/detailed record of all calls, including customer interactions, follow-ups, and client feedback.
* Provide regular updates on progress and challenges faced during lead qualification.
* Provide an exceptional calling experience, addressing any questions that may arise.
* Maintaining Interpersonal presence and a positive and engaging demeanor.
* Ensure a high level of customer service and professionalism at all times.
* Collaborate with various departments to develop and implement effective call strategies.

REQUIREMENTS:

Role Requirements:
* Proven experience as an ISA, Cold Caller, Appointment Setter, Sales Representative, or similar role.
* Exceptional proficiency in pre-qualifying.
* Ability to handle objections and resiliency in handling rejections while maintaining a positive outlook.
* Good command of English, both spoken and written.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
* Adept in CRM platforms and Dialers/VoIPs.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills.
* Ability to thrive both independently and as part of a team.

Technical Requirements:
* Stable internet connection.
* Conducive workplace away from background noise and disturbance.
* Noise-cancelling headset.
* High/updated device specs.
* Backups for Power outages and internet connection issues.
