Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Cold Calling Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in telemarketing or sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. This role involves making outbound calls to potential clients, introducing them to our services, and setting appointments for our sales team.

Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided leads lists.
Introduce and explain the services offered by our firm
Qualify leads based on their needs and interest in our virtual assistant services.
Schedule appointments for the sales team to follow up with interested prospects.
Maintain detailed records of calls and update the CRM system with relevant information.
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly call and appointment targets.
Provide feedback and insights to improve lead generation strategies and scripts.

Requirements:
Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or a related sales role.
Excellent verbal communication skills and a professional phone manner.
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle objections and rejections positively and professionally.
Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management processes.
Self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
Comfortable working remotely and managing your own time effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in a virtual assistant or outsourcing industry.
Bilingual abilities, especially in Spanish, are a plus.
Knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in telemarketing and lead generation.
