Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented individual to join our team as a Cold Caller and Sales Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for initiating and developing business relationships through cold calling, utilizing your sales expertise, and leveraging RingCentral communication tools. The ideal candidate will also possess strong social media skills and proficiency in using Canva for creating engaging content.

Responsibilities:

Calling:

Conduct outbound calls to potential clients with the goal of generating leads and qualifying prospects.
Effectively communicate the value proposition of our products or services to prospects.
Build and maintain a pipeline of potential customers through proactive outreach.
Sales Specialization:

2. Utilize your sales skills to understand customer needs and tailor product offerings to meet those needs.
Work closely with the sales team to convert leads into opportunities and contribute to overall sales targets.
Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to effectively position our offerings in the market.
RingCentral Expertise:

3. Proficiently use RingCentral or similar communication tools to manage and track calls, ensuring efficient communication with clients and team members.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance related to RingCentral features.
Social Media Management:

4. Leverage social media platforms to identify potential leads and engage with the target audience.
Assist in creating and implementing social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement.
Canva Proficiency:

visually appealing and compelling content using Canva for presentations, social media posts, and marketing collateral.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop visually consistent and effective materials.
Qualifications:

.Proven experience in cold calling and sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Familiarity with RingCentral or similar communication platforms.
Strong social media skills, with the ability to leverage platforms for business development.
Proficiency in using Canva for content creation.
