**Job Description:**
As a Cold Calling Specialist, you will play a crucial role in our sales process. Your primary responsibility will be to generate leads and book appointments through outbound cold calls. You will be provided with a step-by-step guide on how to scrape leads and obtain contact numbers. Our phone dial software will facilitate your calling process.

**Responsibilities:**
– Scrape and compile lead lists and contact numbers following our detailed step-by-step guides.
– Make 150-200 cold calls per day to prospective clients.
– Engage potential clients with clear and fluent English, ensuring excellent pronunciation.
– Follow a provided script and adapt as needed to capture interest and book appointments.
– Track and update the status of each lead throughout the day.
– Submit an end-of-day report detailing the number of calls made, appointments booked, and updates on each lead.

**Requirements:**
– Fluent English with excellent pronunciation.
– Proven experience in cold calling or telemarketing.
– Ability to scrape and compile lead lists independently.
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
– Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for making calls.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to meet daily call targets and achieve appointment booking goals.

**Compensation:**
– $20 per appointment booked.
– Example: Book 5 appointments in one day, earn $100.
