**Role Overview:**
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Cold Caller to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to achieve booked sales appointments with home improvement business owners in the USA. This is a 100% commission-based position, offering a generous commission structure with a minimum of $300 per closed client.

**Key Responsibilities:**
– Make 100-200 cold calls per day to potential clients
– Book sales appointments with qualified home improvement business owners in the USA
– Scrape and generate leads independently
– Maintain accurate records of calls and appointments
– Follow up with leads to ensure appointment attendance
– Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly appointment targets

**Requirements:**
– Fluent in English with excellent pronunciation and very little accent
– At least 6 months of experience in cold calling or a similar role
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
– Reliable, organised, and detail-oriented
– Ability to scrape and generate leads using various tools and methods
