We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Remote Cold Caller / Appointment Scheduler Specialist to join our team and help us expand our customer base through effective cold calling strategies.

Job Description:
Are you a go-getter with a passion for connecting with people? As a Virtual Assistant at Savvi Maids LLC, you’ll play a crucial role in expanding our business by making cold calls and scheduling Free Estimate walk throughs. Your excellent communication skills and attention to detail will help us build strong relationships with potential clients. If you thrive in a remote work environment and love a good challenge, this position is for you!

Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct cold calls to potential clients, introducing our janitorial and commercial cleaning services.
2. Make a minimum of 45 calls per hour to prospective clients.
3. Schedule at minimum 3 walk-throughs per week with potential clients.
4. Accurately record and update client information and call notes in the CRM system and our custom Lead Tracker template
5. Follow up with leads and maintain a pipeline of potential clients.
6. Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly call and appointment targets.
7. Collaborate with our Marketing and Led Gen team to develop new strategies.
8. Provide feedback to the Owner on lead quality and market trends.
9. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate the benefits of our services.

Qualifications:
1. Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or sales in the janitorial and commercial cleaning industry “IS A MUST”.
2. Excellent english communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
4. Ability to work independently and remotely, with minimal supervision.
5. Proficient in using CRM softwares “Zoho, Hubspot and other sales tools “Zero Bounce, MailSuite (formally Mailtracker), Gmail,
Ring Central and Microsoft Excel”.
6. Provide detailed daily reports, outlining your start and end times, tasks completed, results achieved in our custom Lead
Tracker template, and plans for the next day
7. Goal-oriented with a strong drive to meet and exceed targets.
8. Ability to handle rejection and remain resilient and positive.
9. Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace. (IF YOU DO NOT HAVE RELIABLE INTERNET PLEASE DO NOT APPLY).

What are we looking for with every Team Member we hire:
1. Excellent verbal communication skills in English
2. Comfortable with the specified pay structure
3. Willing to work according to Pacific time zone (9am to 5pm) with a 30 min unpaid lunch and two 15 min paid breaks
4. Ability to make a minimum of 45 calls per hour and total 500+ calls per day
