An entirely automated system that’s completely turnkey and new hires can easily jump in after only a couple of hours of training.
Leads & Phone Numbers Will Be Provided to you.
Automated dialer software will be provided to you.

? What we’re offering:
A competitive $200/week starting salary + commissions on closed deals. (The typical commission is between $25 and $75)
$20 Bonus if 15 appointments are set between Monday to Sunday.
The successful candidate can see an increase in their salary in as little as 30 days inside the company. (Victor, one of our setters from the Philippines increased his salary within 3 weeks of starting at ClientSwing).
10 paid holidays.

?Requirements:
An amazing VA who is committed to meeting quotas and doing more than what’s expected.
Strong English communication skills (a light accent is okay).
Experience and confidence on the phone.
Availability from 9 AM to 5 PM Eastern or Central Time.
????????????????????????: United States (specifically the East Coast)
???????????????? ????????????????????????????????: Full Time 8 hours/day
Minimum 6+ months of cold calling experience.
Noise-canceling wired headset for clear communication
Dedicated workspace for calling local business owners with minimal background noise and without echo
A reliable computer with a stable and strong wired internet connection with backup power support
Must be able to communicate effectively and overcome objections/obstacles

The quota is 250 dials made per day and 10 appointments set per week. If the quota is hit regularly, a salary increase is expected as well as well deserved.
VA must go through the Training (a couple of hours) on their first day.
Knowing how to book appointments for digital marketing / SaaS products is a bonus, but you will be provided with detailed training and all the tools.
