Cold Caller / Appointment Setter

Split into two roles:

Main roll: Cold calling to a list of contacts in the US (and will therefore need to be able to work a US timezone). We will provide you with the call data and a basic script (although we welcome your input on this). You will need to fire through as many calls per day to try and book in appointments in my calendar.

If any calls are booked during your cold calling efforts, this will need to be communicated to the Director via an email. You will have access to my Calendly and also my WhatsApp to ask availability questions.

Secondary roll: To reply to / call leads from our internal LinkedIn outreach and email outreach and book calls in directly with the Director, and replying to leads where necessary. This may be a requirement further down the line.

What we sell:

We sell guaranteed and results-driven outreach lead generation via LinkedIn and email. It only takes a day or two to learn, and our offer is incredibly strong. We guarantee leads for all of our clients so it’s a great hook for any salesperson.

Notes and Requirements:

We haven’t done cold calling before, so we’re looking for someone experienced who can lead us in what software you will need to get started and the best CRM to use. We will need you to advise us on everything you will need in order to get the job done properly, including dialing software etc. We will of course provide this for you once we know what it is you need.

It’s imperative that your English writing and speaking skills are at an expert level. A neutral, American or English accent is also required for when speaking over the phone 🙂

You will need to have had the necessary experience of selling online marketing or lead generation services before 🙂

Start date to be around mid September.

40+ hours per week needed but also happy to accept those that can do 20. We would prefer to do a trial month initially, then if things go well we will happily hire someone full time.
