We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Cold Caller and Lead Generation Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a vital member of our sales and marketing department, you will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential clients to generate leads and promote our web design services.

Key Responsibilities:

– Conduct cold calls to prospective clients in order to introduce our web design services and generate leads.
– Research and identify potential leads through various channels including online databases, social media, and other platforms.
– Build and maintain a database of potential clients and follow up with leads to nurture relationships.
– Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop effective strategies for lead generation and client acquisition.
– Provide regular reports and updates on lead generation activities and outcomes.

Skills Required:

• Proven experience as a telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role
• Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas over the phone
• Working knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Excellent verbal & written English
• Skilled in negotiation
• Persistent and results-oriented
• Patient and able to handle customer rejection

Daily Workload:

• Cold call people using our CRM to sell our products and services
• Answer incoming calls and conduct client meetings via Zoom or in office.
• Use scripts to provide information about product’s features, prices etc. and present their benefits
• Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer’s requirements.
• Persuade the customer to buy by demonstrating how our merchandise or services meet their needs
• Record the customer’s personal information accurately in a computer system
• Deal with complaints or doubts to safeguard the company’s reputation
• Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.
• Update our company records when you make or receive a phone call with the call details.

Compensation Plan:

25,000 / (BONUSES & COMMISSIONS) up to 50,000 per month
