Cold Caller/ Appointment Setter

This position will work from home remotely. We are looking for a candidate with a sales background. Real estate preferred, but not required. You will be calling home-owners for our company to buy their property. Communication and organizational skills are needed to communicate effectively in the position – building rapport and determining their motivation for selling.
Responsibilities:
– Primary duties include outbound calling, email communication, coordination and scheduling of real estate buying opportunities, and overall management of leads within our systems
– Make outbound calls through our dialing system to prospective homeowners.
– Take notes and label each lead in our dialing system based on the outcome of the discussion
– Follow company provided scripts to determine if each homeowner would be interested in selling their home
– Practice and become a rockstar at using company scripts to overcome objections and provide solutions to prospective clients so that they can identify our company’s values and integrity
– Morning huddles, role play and plan of action
– Evening call and /or email recap of completed tasks for the day
– Meet weekly and sales quotas

Qualification:
– 1+ years of cold calling experience
– Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
– Speak and write English effectively with confidence
– Positive, enthusiastic, motivated, and solution oriented
– Driven to succeed
– Ability to work independently and in a team environment
– Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
– Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
– Know your way around a computer, the internet, and using computer software in general
– Must be able to handle rejections well and move on with a positive attitude
Requirements:
– Working high-speed laptop or desktop
– Internet connection download 50 mbps or higher and upload 25 mbps or higher (will be ask to speed test on Google Meet or Zoom)
– Headset with noise cancellation
– Home-office setup with a quiet location
– Excellent internet and power supply without interruptions
