Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented individual to join our team as a Cold Caller at our digital marketing company. As a Cold Caller, you will play a crucial role in generating leads and connecting with local business owners to offer our guaranteed marketing services. Your primary responsibility will be to initiate contact with potential clients through phone calls and emails, engaging them in meaningful conversations and getting them to agree to meet with our team.

Responsibilities: (training will be provided on all the below)

Lead Generation: Conduct research and utilize various resources to build comprehensive lead lists of local businesses within target industries or geographic areas.

Cold Calling: Initiate outbound calls to potential clients, introducing our company and marketing services, and engaging in persuasive conversations to generate interest and appointments.

Email Outreach: Compose and send personalized emails to leads, following up on previous conversations or inquiries, and providing additional information about our services.

Relationship Building: Establish rapport and maintain professional relationships with potential clients by actively listening, addressing their concerns, and offering appropriate solutions tailored to their specific needs.

CRM Management: Update and maintain accurate records of all client interactions, conversations, and progress in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system (We use Zoho).

Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments or consultations for our digital marketing strategists with qualified leads who express interest in our services.

Collaborative Support: Collaborate with the strategy team to share insights, feedback, and market trends to improve lead generation strategies and overall business performance.

Sales Metrics Tracking: Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs), such as call volume, conversion rates, and revenue generated, to measure personal and team performance.

Continuous Learning: Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and product knowledge to effectively communicate the value of our marketing services.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or cold calling is highly desirable.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport and engage potential clients over the phone or through written communication.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to overcome objections and close sales.
Exceptional organizational skills to manage lead lists, follow-ups, and CRM updates efficiently.
Familiarity with CRM systems (knowledge of zoho is a plus) and proficiency in using productivity tools like email, spreadsheets, and document sharing platforms.
Self-motivated and results-driven with a strong work ethic and the ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Adaptable and resilient to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
Knowledge of digital marketing concepts and terminology is a plus.
