We, Authorify, won’t be your direct client.
Authorify is essentially a marketing firm that caters to the needs of Real Estate agents and brokers in the US and Canada. We have a client base in need of VAs, prompting us to launch our in-house VA program called Boost early this year.
Our company has a subscription-based business model and VA services come in the form of an add-on. This business model allows us to offer our VAs a salaried position as we’ll have a steady pool of clients. Our VAs follow a 40-hour work week and may be assigned to one or multiple clients, depending on their clients’ purchased time blocks. Additionally, we provide compensation regardless of client acquisition. During periods when our VAs do not have a client, they may temporarily play the role of an MSR (Member Support Representative) for Authorify, handling phone, email, and/or chat interactions, or as an Appointment Setter for some of our marketing campaigns
Duties and Responsibilities:
Performing outbound calls to cold leads
Qualifying leads over the phone and/or setting appointments
Coordinating with leads and making follow-up calls about appointments
Updating information in the client’s CRM
Completing Ad hoc tasks of similar nature
Following communication procedures and other related guidelines and policies
Eligibility:
Experience as a cold caller and appointment setter or anything related to Sales Development
Familiarity with the latest workplace softwares and tools
Knack for research and learning new system quickly
Self-sufficiency as training is minimal
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills as the job requires working with multiple clients
Flexibility in working schedule (US work hours)
Technical Requirements:
High-speed computer (PC or Mac) with at least 8 GB RAM
Working webcam
Headset with microphone and noise cancellation feature
Reliable Internet connection with at least 20 Mbps and a backup of at least 10 Mbps
Reliable power supply and a backup power source
