Cold Calling and Inbound Lead Representative for Lead Generation Agency
Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Cold Calling and Inbound Lead Representative. As a member of our lead generation agency, you will be responsible for calling real estate agents on our company’s behalf, qualifying leads, and scheduling introductory and demo calls. Additionally, you will handle incoming leads and follow up with them to schedule appointments.

Responsibilities:
– Conduct cold calling to real estate agents to introduce our agency’s services.
– Manage incoming leads through lead qualification, follow-up calls, and appointment scheduling.
– Communicate effectively with real estate agents and convey the value proposition of our agency’s services.
– Manage and update lead information in our CRM system.
– Work during business hours based on the US time zone.
– Perform other related duties as assigned (related to calling).

Qualifications:
– 1-2 years of experience in cold calling or lead generation.
– Experience in the real estate industry is a plus.
– Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
– Ability to effectively manage and document leads in a CRM system.
– Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
– Fluency in English (both spoken and written).

Compensation:
Hourly rate based on experience and skills.
