Cold Caller/Appointment Setter

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Part-Time Cold Caller and Appointment Setter. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls, and scheduling appointments for our sales team. The ideal candidate should be fluent in English, possess excellent communication skills, and have a good understanding of using Microsoft Excel. This is a part-time position with the flexibility to work 20 hours per week, totaling 80 hours per month.

Responsibilities:

Lead Generation: Research and identify potential leads through various channels to build a prospect list.

Outbound Calling: Initiate outbound calls to prospects with the goal of introducing our products/services and generating interest.

Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments for the sales team based on the availability and preferences of both the prospect and the sales representative.

Maintain Records: Keep accurate and detailed records of all interactions and appointments in Microsoft Excel or a similar tool.

Follow-up: Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads and maintain relationships with potential clients.

Communication: Clearly and effectively communicate product/service information to potential clients.

Requirements:

Fluency in English: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Cold Calling Experience: Proven experience in cold calling and lead generation.

Excel Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Excel for maintaining records and organizing data.

Sales Skills: Ability to identify and understand potential client needs and effectively communicate the value proposition.

Time Management: Efficiently manage time to meet weekly and monthly appointment-setting targets.

Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and proactively seek out new leads.

Compensation:

Hourly pay: $5-10 per hour, based on experience and performance.
Bonuses: Available bonuses for each lead scheduled.
Part-Time: 20 hours per week, totaling 80 hours per month.
