Seeking a motivated and results-driven Cold Caller/Appointment Setter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential clients, introducing our solar energy solutions, and scheduling appointments for our sales consultants. This role requires excellent communication skills, diligence, persistence, high attention-to-detail, and the ability to handle rejection professionally. Must speak EXCELLENT English and be willing to keep people on the phone, ask lots of questions, show interest and act curious while on the calls. WOULD HIGHLY PREFER PEOPLE WHO HAVE DONE COLD CALLING.

We help homeowners take control of their solar journey by shopping a multi-quote system and providing insights on the best companies, components, and warranties in the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to potential clients using a provided list.
Explain the benefits of solar energy and our multi-quote services.
Schedule appointments for sales consultants to meet with potential clients.
Maintain detailed records of calls and appointments in our CRM system.
Follow up with potential clients as needed.
Achieve weekly and monthly appointment-setting targets.
Qualifications:
Experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or appointment setting.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasive skills and ability to handle objections.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Benefits:
Base pay starts at $3/hour, but you will immediately have the opportunity to get bonuses for every deal that closes. Expected total monthly income for standard performance is approximately $1700.
