Job Summary:

We are seeking highly motivated and results-driven Cold Callers/Appointment Setters with excellent English and communication skills. In this full-time role, your primary responsibility will be to make a minimum of 250 dials per day, aiming to book at least 5 appointments daily, resulting in 25 booked calls per week. You will play a crucial part in driving our business growth by ensuring our sales team has a steady stream of qualified appointments.

Key Responsibilities:

– Lead Engagement: Contact leads provided by the company via phone calls.
– Appointment Scheduling: Successfully schedule at least 5 appointments per day for our sales team.
– Communication: Clearly and effectively communicate the value of our products/services to potential clients.
– Follow-Up: Handle follow-up calls and emails to nurture leads and confirm appointments.
– Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of calls and appointments in our CRM system.
– Feedback: Provide feedback on lead quality and appointment outcomes to help refine our lead generation strategies.

Requirements:

– Language Skills: Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
– Experience: Previous experience in appointment setting, cold calling, sales, telemarketing, or a similar role is preferred.
– Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
– Technology: Proficient in using CRM software and basic computer applications.
– Motivation: Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
– Availability: Flexible to work different shifts if required.
