We are seeking to hire a talented Cold Caller/Appointment Setter with sales experience for our current client, a leading music education company. Position Overview:
The role of a Cold Caller/Appointment Setter is crucial in the client’s sales department. Your primary responsibility will be to identify potential customers, introduce their exceptional products and services, qualify leads, and secure appointments for the client’s sales team. Success in this role will be measured by your ability to maintain meticulous call records, consistently meet or exceed sales targets, and ensure a seamless handoff of leads to the client’s sales representatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers, presenting the music education company’s exceptional products and services, and qualifying leads.
• Schedule appointments for the client’s sales team with qualified leads.
• Maintain precise and organized records of calls, activities, and outcomes within the client’s CRM system.
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to working towards and achieving targets.
• Actively engage in ongoing training and development to enhance your sales skills and performance.
• Collaborate effectively with the client’s sales team to ensure a smooth transition of leads and appointments.
Qualifications:
• A minimum of 1 year of recent experience as a Cold Caller or in a similar role.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
• Self-motivated with the capability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in sales processes and techniques.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and other sales tools.
