Position: Cold Caller
Location: Remote

Reports to: Recruitment Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced cold caller. The ideal candidate will have a background in calling using a power dialer. Your primary responsibility will be to use a power dialer to make a high volume of calls daily, identifying and engaging potential candidates.

Key Responsibilities:
Utilize the power dialer to make a large volume of outbound calls to potential candidates daily.
Understand the requirements and nuances of positions in the legal, tech, finance, and accounting sectors.
Engage and build rapport with potential candidates, understanding their career goals and aspirations.
Pre-screen candidates, collect resumes and forward their information to the respective department heads.
Maintain a record of calls, noting down key interactions, feedback, and follow-up dates.
Collaborate closely with the recruitment team to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified candidates.
Provide feedback and insights on market trends, challenges, and opportunities to improve our recruitment strategies.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in cold calling
Proficient in using power dialers
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle objections and push through rejection
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills
Fluent in English; understanding of another relevant language is a plus
Comfortable working in PST; EST will be considered.
