Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Cold Caller. As a Cold Caller, you will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and generating new business opportunities. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients via phone calls, Linked In and other strategies introducing them to our products/services, and effectively communicating the value proposition of our offerings.

Responsibilities:

Conduct cold calls/Outreach to prospective clients with the aim of generating leads and setting up appointments for the sales team.

Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients through diligent prospecting and lead generation efforts.
Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our products/services to potential customers.
Qualify leads and gather relevant information to ensure they meet our target criteria.
Keep accurate records of interactions and follow-up activities in our CRM system.
Collaborate closely with the sales team to optimize outreach strategies and achieve sales targets.

Requirements:

Proven experience in cold calling or telemarketing, preferably in a related industry.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively over the phone.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly with potential clients.
Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Proficiency in using CRM(click Up) software and other sales tools.
