Job Description

We are a CPR training company providing B2B services. Most of our classes are taught on-site at the clients location. We’re looking for a somebody who enjoys cold calling and can keep their focus despite the challenging nature of outbound sales.

We’re looking for somebody who can make outbound calls, as well as some emailing, during U.S. Pacific Standard time (PST) business hours.

What We’ll Expect:
> Enthusiasm, professionalism and integrity – we want somebody who will represent us positively.
> You must be able to understand the customer’s requirements in a short time and present solutions that meet their needs. The ideal candidate will be patient, composed and graceful.
> An organized log of who’s been called. We’ll provide the log and we’ll look for you to keep track of the pertinent details (Company/contact/phone/email and other relevant info you collect in the process)
> You’ll need to learn and understand what we offer. This is a short list of courses, some of which apply more to some businesses than others. We’ll break it down and provide you a guide.
> Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. As a representative of our business, the right candidate will need to speak and write with poise, tact, respect and comfort. We want you to be natural in your speaking, as if you’re speaking to a highly respected friend.
> Email correspondence between prospects and us and will be required – strong grammar skills are necessary.
> An ideal candidate will be tech savvy and have decent internet research skills. In some cases, you’ll need to search for and collect more information on potential clients. Finding the right person to speak with may take some sleuthing and digging.
> Familiarity with CRM’s is helpful.
> Answering incoming calls from prospective customers. We’ll provide you a VOIP phone number from which you’ll make and receive calls from your computer. There will be prospects who call you back – you’ll need to reference who they are from your log and continue the discussion.
