Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound cold calls to businesses and individuals to promote our digital marketing services
Identify and qualify leads through effective questioning and active listening
Clearly and confidently articulate the benefits of our digital marketing solutions to prospects
Schedule appointments and follow-up calls for the sales team to nurture leads further
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in our CRM system

Requirements:

Proven experience in cold calling and lead generation, preferably within the digital marketing industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to convert leads into appointments
Self-motivated with a proactive and persistent approach to achieving targets
Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in using sales tools and software
